This note is to express my sincere appreciation for the continuing and consistent high quality consultation, Technical advice, and repair service, which I have received from several of the staff, including Wayne Upton, Linn Allen, and Jim Hoff, at Harry's Business Machines, Inc. My wife and I own a condominium in downtown Reno, although our main residence is still in Richmond, In. During our vacation weeks, whenever we are able to be here, we have the need for intermittent help and repair work on our computer. Gary has been handling our computers for 7 years. He is quick to assist us when something isn't working. I trust what he does as I do not want to be the computer guru. We at one point went to someone else to lower the cost but quickly returned to Gary when the work was not as high quality as what we were getting from Gary and his staff. I have been employed at Allied Washoe (Allied Petroleum) since January 1993 and have had to call on the expertise of the technicians employed by Harry’s many times. From the Unix hard drive, dying calls where something just wasn’t printing correctly or the program in a computer not functioning correctly, or a piece of equipment just needed a routine service.

I have never experienced any hesitation calling on Harry’s for any type of business machine problem, whether it be for a quote on repairs verses buying a new machine or for repair.

The employees at Harry’s are courteous, professional, and prompt. Harry’s is tops as far as our company is concerned, and is highly recommended.
